Together in Time
May 2020
Generated during the first COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, this project tries to highlight the connections created between people during such an uncertain, unpredictable, and intricate time in history.
I captured moments spent with my grandma during this first quarantine through photography, which are then presented in chronological order within a 8 pages publication. The use of layered images for each individual photograph allows these to gain a sense of motion to represent the passing of time, either slow or fast depending on how the viewer wants to perceive it, and create a feeling of nostalgia.
